Adding Staff Members

To add a staff member

  1. Go to Staff in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Staff
  3. Fill in: First name, Last name, Email, Phone, Department, Role, Subsidiary
  4. Click Send Invitation

The staff member receives an email with a link to set their password and access BCT.

Bulk staff import

For adding multiple staff at once, go to Staff → Import and upload a CSV file with the required columns: firstName, lastName, email, phone, department, role, subsidiary.

Staff status

  • Active - Can log in and use BCT
  • On Leave - Marked as on leave, clock-in disabled
  • Inactive - Cannot log in (use for temporary suspension)
  • Terminated - Permanently deactivated, data retained
