Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BCT (Business Control Tower) at bcthq.com or app.bcthq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BCT.

2. Description of Service

BCT is a cloud-based business management platform providing CRM, HR, accounting, performance tracking, and related tools for businesses. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. The person who registers becomes the Super Admin of the organization account.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual)
  • Payments are processed via Squad. All payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

The first 10 businesses to register receive 1 month of Pro access free. After the trial period, the account converts to a paid Pro subscription. We will notify you 7 days before the trial ends.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use BCT for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use BCT to send spam or harass others.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your business data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

BCT and its content are owned by Business Control Tower Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute BCT's code or design without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BCT is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
