What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers via Squad. Nigerian and international cards are supported.

How many staff members can I add?

BCT does not charge per seat. All plans support unlimited staff members.

Can I use BCT for multiple companies or subsidiaries?

Multi-subsidiary management is available on the Pro plan. You can manage multiple business entities with consolidated reporting.

What happens after my free trial ends?

You'll receive an email reminder before your trial ends. You can add a payment method and choose your preferred plan. If you don't add payment details, your account will be paused.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. BCT is hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with regular backups.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to take full advantage of your free first month to fully evaluate BCT before your first charge.

What is BCT Enterprise?
