Attendance in PI Scoring

Attendance contributes to the PI score through the Attendance factor (default 10% weight).

How it's calculated

• Working days in the quarter are counted (weekdays only, excluding configured holidays)
• For each working day: present = 1, absent = 0, late = 0.5
• Daily scores are averaged across the quarter and scaled to 0–100

Late arrival

Staff who clock in after the configured start time are marked as late. Configure the start time in Admin Panel → Clock-In Settings.

Auto clock-out penalty

If a staff member is still clocked in at the configured auto clock-out time (for example 8PM WAT), BCT automatically clocks them out and deducts the configured PI penalty (default 0.5 points).
