Auto Clock-Out

BCT can automatically clock out staff who are still clocked in after a configured time.

How it works

At the configured time (for example 8PM WAT), BCT checks for any staff still clocked in. Those staff are automatically clocked out and:

  1. Their clock-in record is updated with the auto clock-out time
  2. A PI deduction is applied (configurable amount, default 0.5 points)
  3. Management and super admin receive a notification listing affected staff

Configuring auto clock-out (Admin Panel)

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Auto Clock-Out
  2. Enable the feature
  3. Set the clock-out time (WAT)
  4. Set the PI deduction per occurrence
  5. Enable notifications
  6. Save

Unflagging incorrect auto clock-outs

If a staff member was incorrectly auto-clocked out (for example due to GPS issues), management can unflag the record. Go to the staff member's clock-in record and click Remove Flag.
