Birthday Reminders

BCT automatically sends birthday notifications to remind staff and management of upcoming birthdays.

Setting your birthday

1. Go to your Profile
2. Click Edit Profile
3. Select your birth month and day (year is not stored)
4. Save

When reminders are sent

• 7 days before: Notification to the staff member and all management/super admin
• 1 day before: Reminder notification
• On the day: "Happy Birthday" notification

Staff in the Staff Directory with a birthday within the next 7 days will show a 🎂 icon next to their name.
