Bulk Reassigning Leads

If you need to redistribute leads from one sales officer to others (for example when a staff member leaves), use Bulk Reassign.

How to bulk reassign

1. Go to Leads
2. Filter by the relevant campaign (Ads filter) and/or assigned staff
3. Click Select all X leads at the top of the list
4. Click Reassign in the action bar that appears
5. Choose which staff should receive the reassigned leads
6. Preview the distribution - see exactly how many leads each staff will receive
7. Confirm

Leads are distributed evenly across the selected pool using round-robin logic.
