Call Logging & Integration
Automatic call logging (Android)
When you tap a lead's phone number in BCT on Android, the app opens the system dialer. When you return to BCT after the call, it automatically reads your call log and records:
- Whether the call was answered, missed, declined, or went to voicemail
- Call duration
- Links the call to the lead or customer
Manual call logging
If automatic detection doesn't work (iOS, or connectivity issues), a manual log dialog appears. Select the outcome and duration.
Call outcomes
- Answered - Call connected and lasted more than 10 seconds
- Missed - Call was not answered
- Not Reachable - Call went to voicemail
- Declined - Call was rejected
Call history
All calls are visible on the lead/customer detail page and in the staff's call history.
