Complaint Logs

BCT supports two types of complaints:

Staff Complaints

A staff member files a complaint about another staff member or a workplace situation.

Customer Complaints

A staff member logs a complaint on behalf of a customer, tagging the staff involved.

Filing a complaint

  1. Go to Complaints
  2. Click File Complaint
  3. Select type (Staff or Customer)
  4. Tag the involved staff members
  5. Set severity: Low, Medium, or High
  6. Add description and attach files if needed
  7. Submit

All tagged staff members receive a notification. Management and super admin are always notified.

Resolving complaints

Management can update status (Open → In Review → Resolved → Closed) and add resolution notes. All parties are notified at each status change.
