Document Vault
The Document Vault is your company's secure file storage - for contracts, certificates, reports, and any other business documents.
Uploading files
- Go to Documents
- Navigate to the appropriate folder (or create a new one)
- Click Upload
- Select your file(s)
Supported formats include PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and all common image and video formats.
Viewing files
- Images - Click to open in a fullscreen lightbox viewer
- Videos - Click to open in BCT's built-in video player with full controls
- Documents (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) - Click Open in Editor to view and edit in OnlyOffice with full formatting
Access control
Document owners can set visibility (private, subsidiary-wide, or company-wide) and grant specific users view or edit access. All document activity is logged.
