Getting Started with Accounting

The BCT Accounting module is available on the Pro plan and provides full double-entry bookkeeping integrated with your business operations.

Setting up entities

If your business has multiple companies or subsidiaries, configure them in Admin Panel → Accounting → Entity Mode. Choose:

• Single - One company
• Multi - Parent company with subsidiaries

Chart of Accounts

Your account is pre-seeded with a standard Nigerian SME chart of accounts including assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expense accounts. You can add custom accounts under Accounting → Chart of Accounts.

Access

The Accounting module is accessible to: Super Admin, Management, and any staff in the Accounting department.
