How PI Scoring Works
PI (Performance Index) is BCT's automated staff performance scoring system. Every staff member receives a real-time PI score based on their activity across 7 factors.
The 7 PI factors
| Factor | Description | Default Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Tasks | Task completion rate vs assigned tasks | 20% |
| Calls | Daily call count vs configured quota | 15% |
| Leads | Lead conversion and activity | 15% |
| Offers | Deal progression and closure | 20% |
| Goals | Personal goal achievement | 10% |
| Attendance | Clock-in consistency and punctuality | 10% |
| Reports | Staff report submission | 10% |
Important: Weights are configurable per role in Admin Panel → PI Configuration. A sales officer's score can weight calls and leads more heavily; an admin's score can weight tasks and reports more.
PI Grades
- A+ - 90–100
- A - 80–89
- B - 70–79
- C - 60–69
- D - Below 60
When PI updates
PI scores recalculate automatically when: a call is logged, a task is completed, a deal stage changes, attendance is recorded, or at the end of each day. Scores are visible in real-time.
Quarterly freeze
At the end of each quarter, PI scores freeze and generate a permanent grade for that period. The new quarter starts fresh.
