Managing Leads

What is a lead?

A lead is a potential customer who has shown interest in your products or services but has not yet made a purchase.

Importing leads

  1. Go to Leads
  2. Click Import
  3. Upload a CSV file with columns: firstName, lastName, email, phone, source, ads (campaign name)
  4. Select the staff distribution pool - choose which sales staff should receive these leads
  5. BCT distributes leads automatically using round-robin assignment

Creating a single lead

  1. Click New Lead
  2. Fill in contact details, source, and campaign
  3. Optionally assign to a specific staff member or use auto-assign

Lead stages

Leads move through stages: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Closed Won / Closed Lost

Viewing your leads

Sales staff see only leads assigned to them. Management sees all leads across the organization. Filter by campaign (ads), source, status, and assigned staff.
