Managing Your Subscription

Viewing your current plan

Go to Admin Panel → Billing to see your current plan, next billing date, and payment history.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Admin Panel → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Select the new plan
  3. Complete payment via Squad
  4. Upgrade takes effect immediately - new modules are unlocked instantly

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan until then.

Cancellation

Contact support@bcthq.com to cancel. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
