Editing Documents with OnlyOffice

BCT integrates OnlyOffice Document Server for full in-browser document editing - supporting Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats with complete style and formatting preservation.

Opening a document for editing

1. Find the file in the Document Vault
2. Click Open in Editor
3. The document opens in a full-screen editor within BCT
4. Edit as you would in Microsoft Office
5. Changes save automatically

Supported formats

• .docx / .doc - Word documents (full formatting)
• .xlsx / .xls - Excel spreadsheets (formulas, charts, cell formatting)
• .pptx / .ppt - PowerPoint presentations

Collaboration

Multiple users can edit the same document simultaneously. Changes appear in real-time for all editors.
