Setting Up Your Account

After signing up and completing payment, you'll be redirected to BCT with your super admin account already created.

Step 1 - Configure your organization

Go to Admin Panel → Organization Settings. Set your company name, subsidiary structure, and entity mode (single company or multi-subsidiary).

Step 2 - Set up departments

Navigate to Admin Panel → Departments. Create the departments that exist in your organization (for example Sales, HR, Engineering, Accounting).

Step 3 - Invite staff

Go to Staff → Add Staff. Fill in each staff member's details including their department, role tier, and subsidiary. Staff receive an email invitation to set their password.

Step 4 - Configure your office location

For clock-in GPS verification, set your office coordinates in Admin Panel → Clock-In Settings. Staff will be flagged as off-site if they clock in outside the configured radius.

Step 5 - Set up your chart of accounts (Pro plan)

If you're on Pro, go to Accounting → Chart of Accounts. Your account is pre-seeded with a standard Nigerian SME chart of accounts. Customize as needed.
