Setting & Tracking Targets

Targets are measurable goals set for individual staff members or departments for a specific month.

Creating a target (Management/Admin)

  1. Go to Targets
  2. Click New Target
  3. Select the staff member or department
  4. Set the target metric (for example number of closed deals, revenue generated, calls made)
  5. Set the target value and month
  6. Save

Tracking progress

Staff see their targets on their dashboard with a progress bar. Management can see all target progress across the organization in the Targets overview.
