Who can see training content

Access is controlled by folder permissions and your role. Management can publish training to all staff or restrict folders to specific departments.

Completion tracking

When enabled for a training module, BCT can track which staff opened or completed required videos - useful for compliance onboarding.

Best practices

• Keep titles clear and searchable
• Use short descriptions so staff know what to expect before they press play
• Organize annual refreshers in dated folders (for example Compliance/2026)
