Video Training

The Video Training module lets you deliver training content to your team through an organized, streaming video platform.

Uploading training videos (Management only)

1. Go to Training
2. Select or create a folder (for example "Sales Onboarding", "Compliance Training")
3. Click Upload Video
4. Select your MP4, WebM, or MOV file
5. Add a title and description
6. Save

Videos stream directly - staff don't need to download them.

Player controls

The BCT video player includes: play/pause, seek bar, rewind 10s, forward 10s, volume control, playback speed (0.5x–2x), fullscreen, and picture-in-picture.

Organizing content

Create folders per topic or department. Staff see all training folders and videos they have access to.
